Kicking off the Kitty Pong Reading Challenge - you can def see the influence of this book in Crazy Rich Asians although CRA is infinitely more fun, sexier and snappier. This IS a book about stodgy British aristos after all. Narrator reminds me of Oliver T'sien. Social climbing Edith might be distant inspiration for Kitty
