This book is breaking me bit by bit. I hate adults!!

Or maybe we do vibe? Although some personal anecdotes I find completely useless and uninspired.

It will take me a while to go through this book but it will be so much fun!

of course I expected to learn things from this book, but that does not make it less repetitive or full of useless things to fill all those 366 days of meditation - plus sometimes the quotes that open each day are enough and there would be no need for the short essay saying the same sh*t

I'm taking notes for this book and I think I figured out why I don't vibe with stoicisim (or maybe Ryan Holiday). What do you mean say no to emotions like anger, EXCITEMENT, distraction, OBSESSION and LUST? I'm 80% those emotions, 10% melancholy and the rest is water!

The summer cocktails are more exciting for me.

I appreciate a cocktail books that knows people at home have no time to spend making syrups and other concoctions, but these are their cocktails so if you want to recreate them you have to prep in advance. Better than pretending everyone can make their cocktails no matter what.

First chapter done and I have the feeling I'll really enjoy this one. So far I really like the relationship between the siblings. But I'm not a fan of the step-mother trope so I'm hoping it will surprise me on that part.
