Disappointed so far, 70 pages the same thing over and over and over again....

It's a roller coaster back and forward in the future so far. It - really! - makes you think although there is so much information in the book - or even per page - that you easily forget what was you read 10 pages ago

Good to read my ideas have scientific proof :)
Unfortunately nothing new learned so far...

It's easy to see what makes outliers so special. It's much harder to learn the chain reaction of opportunities that made them that way. I hope to give others the opportunities they need.

By now I'm pretty sure I'm never going to fly again ;)

Cultural legacies are powerful forces. They have deep and long lives. They persist;, generation after generation, virtually imtact, even as the economic and social and demographic conditions that spawned them have vanished. #outliers #patterns

Intelligence is like a threshold. It matters up to a point. Past that point, other things... Amazed to read stats/patterns about the impact of opportunity
