Equal parts frustrating and intriguing. Because it's structured as a dialogue, there is little in the way of referencing. Also, stylistically, I hated that in Prashad's responses to the questions, while presented as mini essays, he drops in "Frank" [Frank Barat, the editor and interlocutor] as if this were a true transcript of a dialogue, which is so obviously phoney it grated on me.
