Ok, I know I just started this audiobook but Meghan gets my weird want to learn all of this prior to having kids and I love her vibe in this book. I definitely recommend the audiobook because she’s the one reading it, BUT the physical book has charts and pictures the audiobook does not. While there is supposed to be a companion PDF I cannot seem to find it so I’m glad I have a physical copy of the book as well.

I would just like to preface me reading this book with the statement: I am not, nor am I trying to be, pregnant 😅 I like Megan Trainer (and found a signed copy of this book(!!)) and I enjoy reading and learning about pregnancy and childbirth. Ok. Time to read ✌️
