I am absolutely obsessed with the writing in this book. The growth in the characters, especially Emilia is written with precision and perfection. It’s believable and real. Gone is the complete naivety, but a new awareness of her lack of knowledge. The over-trusting to cautionary doubt.
It’s exquisite 🖤🖤

so I got some notes to jot down as I'm listening to the audiobook and I'm glad - I'm not sure I would be able to follow(or care to finish)if I was reading the physical copy.....it's dragging for me. It feels slow and just a bunch of running in circles with everyone keeping secrets from everyone. You get bits and pieces of information that for me personally are just too and far in between. Don't come for me! :D
