I’m fine. Everything’s fine. No need to freak out. Right?!?!!?!?

Reading this book to see what how cruel it is. This book has done severe damage to many people, some who are close to me. I know the Mormon Church no longer (I think) associates closely with this book, and it was never “doctrine”. But things that aren’t “doctrine” often get embedded into the culture so deeply that one forgets it wasn’t doctrine. And it did some intense damage while it was seen as truth.

I think I have some sort of condition that prohibits me from reading less than 5 books at a time. Truly it must be some disease.

I’m reading this along side the YouTube channel “Zelph on the Shelf”. They’re doing a “reaction” series.

Y’all. I’m one chapter in and this is literary trash! Worse than I expected. AND not to mention sexist & toxic. Lolol I’m gonna explode but I WILL finish. It’s a rite of passage
