I enjoy these books. The writing isn’t high literary style but she does a good job of setting the mood and there are ghosts and mysteries that make it entertaining.

So he tells his dad and seals the well and is sad bc the girl he loves is down there even though he mercy fucked someone else right after and then it ended. So I guess Radar dies later on.

Charlie “lives” Leah but when she leaves he gets a mercy fuck from Eris. Virgin. Truly a man’s fairy tale.

He got bit and needs medical attention.

Leah killed her brother Elden the Flight Killer with a dagger after he opened the well to a good like place, compared to Cthulhu several times. Irritating that King doesn’t let his readers draw the reference and instead spells it out for them.

Soooooooo boring!

Nah, nah non-stop. Leah is always exasperated and reluctant and this kid keeps bossing her around like he has a right to do so.

Holy shit this book drags.

So now he has to go to where “it” is to keep “the deeper well” from opening and Leah doesn’t want him to so she won’t speak to him.

He shoots Molly the giant with Rumpelstiltzkins 22 and she chokes on her teeth.

Now they’re trying to escape and it’s draaaaagging.

This has basically turned into Gladiator. 32 “whole” (non gray) people have to fight to the death.

Hair turned blonde, eyes turning blue, they bow to him, think he’s the chosen one, never say Goggamagog. Or whatever.

Dog ran to Claudia. Charlie is in prison with a new hard to read dialogue and omg is it long and dull.

Admittedly skimming now while he leaves the city, too much world building for me.

Dog is younger but not a puppy now, made it to the sun dial.

Bowditch died, willed it all to Charlie, now he’s going to listen to the tapes and see the shed.

Still going on about the dog

Still harping about the dog and wiping the old man’s ass.

Enjoyed at first but the dog part is getting a little too redundant at this point and I have yet to see a fairy tale.

Really want this to be over.
