I love how much Aslan understands Quaid, and I'm a massive fan of people being accepted for who they are, warts and all. But I'm not sure holding Quaid accountable for NOTHING and not suggesting therapy (or another strategy to heal a bit) is not enabling.
Also, I'm thinking Quaid might be neurodivergent, some of his quirks and hang up are clearly from his past but some seem autistic coded.

i’m sure the author has somewhere she’s going with frawley and she’ll eventually somehow redeem herself to being a valued partner but i’m afraid she pushed her so far into beyond unlikeable i’m hoping for her fast demise instead

I'm loving the investigation in this one. As always the character growth and personal side is extremely satistying

Exactamente. Es obvio que ellos no van a dar con el culpable, nunca es el sospechoso más obvio. Casi siempre es el culpable el que se revela a si mismo. No sé que dice eso de sus habilidades como detectives.

Esta serie usa el desorden alimenticio de Quaid y el coqueteo con su amigo ex-homofobico como un chiste recurrente, y al principio fue gracioso, pero esta comenzando a ser aburrido.

I don't like Frawley, I know the author really want you to like her at the end of the book, but I hate her. She is so annoying. Quaid doesn't need someone with same personality that him.

They adopted a kitten, just when I think that they can't look more perfect together, they adopted a michi. And the scene was so cute 😭💕
