omg i LOVE the mystery thriller element to it while also unraveling the history of the mc and ml

I love the cages 😭 this gives out the vibes of KOD and istg it's one of my favourite danmeis, like Lin Qiushi had to go through doors, here cages are quite important, I'm kind of liking all the foreshadowing of Wen Shi's past and ofc of Chen Budao which we can obviously know is Xie Wen.

my thought so far:
i essentially know nothing about panguan before picking it up. i thought it was gonna be historical but! it actually has a modern setting, it's horror with a touch of comedy, i know damn well it's gonna be angsty as fuck, and i'm loving it!!!
