Visualizing for healing comes easier, arguably that's part of what reiki is. Not quite on board with all sickness being self created to teach ourselves something though. Sometimes it is, but other times I think it becomes impossible to fend off all external factors with the power of your mind.

Not as wacky as The Secret, but prosperity programming is the one chapter I'd quibble with. If everyone became fantastically rich in the current Western style, the planet could not sustain it. The Earth .may have enough to go around if we redefine what most consider prosperity and hold to some standard of greater equality.
