I didnt read much but i defitently have some questions. Who is ti girl that ran away from DC, and does bea get close with her? i feel as if this might be a secret step sister and thats why Bea is so torn over this unlike ezra who jus uses it as a story?

I love this book. I like how every "paragraph" (idk what to call them) is an email. I also like how because we're reading an email, it kind've feels like Ezra is talking to us. Also, I absolutely HATE Darren. There's just something about him that gives off ~narcissistic alcoholic vibes~. I don't even really know why.

i did not expect that i swear i plan the end of this book out and boom new change like really come on and now its even more sad like really. anyway my question is did he talk about them to Lo or is lo just really creepy about his past idk i haven't figured that out yet but i feel really bad for bea i wouldn't want to be around anyone either i hope shes ok.

I LOVE THIS BOOK.

I like that the whole story is told by letters. Reminds me of life on a refrigerator door

bea sends emails to everyone in her life, thanking them for their kindness and being there for her
she’s going to stay in st.louis and try to graduate school and go to college
ez wants to move with her next year
sends and email to her mom

ez goes out with jessica to get coffee, she talks about the abuse she faced in her family

ez confronts his mother at work
asks to choose between him or darren, chooses darren, realizes she will never listen to him, tells her how he feels

very empowering, i love how he finally gained the courage to do something like that

goes back home and with trash bags clears out the stuff he wants to take in his and beas room

bea runs away from patch at walmart back to francos
he tells her no more running and that he cares for her
she goes out with patch and they hold hands back to his dorm despite just having a small arguement

points out how she likes to ruin things for herself

bea goes to the wootons house
amelia is very very sweet, southern
gets very emotional, then leaves
gets a box of letters from her dad to her mom

bea meets this guy named patch while hitchhiking
he takes her in for the night and they’re going to find london wooton the next day

patch doesn’t want the life he lives

OH MY GOD i hate fake people and there talking trash about her after what then did what pieces of work they are that's so wrong oooo that makes me mad i almost through the book sorry nugie lol but seriously how do you tell someone you love them then just crap on them like they were nothing i mean like come on do people not have hearts anymore

i feel like a lot of people in this book know alot about bea that this book is not telling me unless they just really don't understand what these two have been through cause they hid it so well i also don't really understand why ez went to solane when he could have just asked his sister but i guess he might have just wanted to here what she had to say but what she says just don't add up to me i just need to read more

well that took a twist i didn't expect that. i mean it kinda makes sense but like hes been gone for how long i don't even know but ez is in highschool and he left before he was born but like the story just doesn't add up like ez says

i don't trust the boy and i also think that joe is being a little over dramatic about it all its ezra sister and he is acting like its his but ezra doesn't seem to mind which i think is weird cause it truly bugs me that he doesn't . i wonder if that boy is who he says it is i really dont know

Basically the same thing that has happened before but they described londons house? or at least i think, london seems to have more money than bea and ezra and im afraid they might use him.
