Hazard去小島戒毒的故事還挺有趣的,讓我不禁思考作者是不是之前有有過類似的經驗

Very beautiful story :)
whether people are being authentic or not is not important, whether people are able to face their insecurities and inner demons.
I was kind of expecting the ending to me, but from the beginning till the end it was very well written and beautifully portrayed.
I kinda want to go see Monica's cafe, even though it doesn't exist :)
Recommending this to everyone who loves a heart warming story.

I think the character Monica must be influenced heavily from F.R.I.E.N.D.S 🤔 I can't stop thinking about both Monica's. Anyway all the characters are trying to do something for others, when they ain't perfect or their life is chaos. Kindess
I love how influencer was written in this story. How social media profiles are so fake. ☹️

This was a very good book. I loved the unique concept of the “truth book.” The characters were well developed too. I couldn’t put this book down.

"I didn't lose her. I bloody hate that expression. It makes it sound as if we went to the shops and I just left her behind."

Perhaps the compulsion to fill every inch of space was because it made him feel less alone, or because every single object was imbued with memories of happier times, and the objects had proven more reliable than the people

There is something about this writing that brings animation to mind. Early on people are introducing themselves and the “names pop like bubbles” over their heads. Someone adds an ‘I’ between the words of a sign:to let. Funny and very visual.

August book club selection. We chose a lighter book after reading the true story of a female WW II spy, who risked everything and shortened the war.
