i love this book so far. the relationship with monica and julian is great

i can see room for a character improvement for hazard not in the way he’s writing but in who he is as a person (in a character obviously)

Really enjoyed the mix of characters and set-up of this book.

Slow to start, lots of setting up. But starting to feel connected to the characters.

I’m surprised to hear about the influencer Alice. She’s not someone I’d think would be included in this story but I like it!

I’m dnf it this book is so slow and boring

It’s more of a page turner for me now. I can’t wait to see how Riley and Monica’s relationship continues.

I’m loving the concept and the 3 characters introduced so far. I didn’t care for Hazard at first but he’s growing on me.

An engrossing read

a very heart-warming, page-turning story so far! i feel very invested in the characters and their development.

Benji&Baz plan to get married! R is okay with H&M’s relationship. Everyone meets Anthony. M gives TAP back to J. Everyone leaves, J ponders alone. Passes away. Park ranger finds J, calls police, takes TAP.

M&M talk, gives TAP to M. Mar points out that H likes M. M reads others stories. H goes to M’s late at night. M is mad at H after reading what he wrote. H runs into A’s hubby; he’s just alone & complains about things A should be complaining about. R saw H leave M’s, thinks she had been cheating. Party going well, M goes to find H. M&H kiss & sexy time! A&hubby argue. A plans to leave hubby.

J had been cheating on Mary too much, so she left him. L sent TAP to Mary. Mar tried to divorce J. Mar is w/ Anthony now. J lied about a lot of things, he’s embarrassed in front of everyone. M&R break up, just friends now. H is going to shoot his shot w/M. J wants to have a send off party for R/birthday party for him. J&Mar talk about selling his house. J talks w/ neighbor about selling house.

H drunk/high said he likes M. H sleeps on M’s couch; he forget his keys. H gets M roses; watch tv together, kinda romantic moment. R&M haven’t had sexy time; R wants to, M wants to wait still. L has been helping A, things are better, but not husband. L writes in TAP. H goes on date w/ Blanche; disappointing. Mary’s (J’s wife) death anniversary party, J shows up late. M is mad at J. Mary shows up??

J is getting famous; leaving everyone in the dust. R wants M to travel w/ him, it’s not that easy. H&M talk about his business plans. H asks M to be his plus one. Lizzie comes to help A, she found TAP. L is older & a caretaker for babies. L is familiar w/everyone. H&M getting along on way to wedding. H is relapsing, M doesn’t realize he’s an addict. H is being an arse. M calls R for help.

Everyone explores art exhibits in Paris together. H&A make M feel insecure. Someone tries to rob them; they’re good though. J’s Insta is blowing up. A having hard time w/ baby, M helps. M&R sorta make up. A writes in TAP; book goes missing. News reports about J’s insta come to art class. H helps R garden. H wants to make a gardening business. H has friend’s wedding to go to.

J&M being hermits. H&R try to talk to J&M; can’t get ahold of J. HRMBaz&Mrs.W go to J’s house; he’s okay just depressed. Mrs.W is lighting up to the Baz&Benji relationship. New Years. R gives J a puppy; Keith. A meets R&J; wants to meet later. A wants R to help garden place; he’s a gardener. Art Paris trip w/JRMABenji&MrsW. A gets J an Instagram. H& M still aren’t getting along.

Christmas dinner! J accidentally outed Baz to gma (Mrs.W) she’s homophobic. M&R are cute! H shows up. M doesn’t like H; she remembers he called her a beach. M feels betrayed by R; like a bet to be won. H&R talk at bar. A’s in-laws are rude. A reads TAP. A tries to talk to M; M is too sad. M calms down a bit, cancels art classes. A reads R’s section: he doesn’t feel authentic living in London. A has a plan?

H sends postcard to M. Art class is getting bigger & better! M helps clean J’s house. M&J paint together & talk. R missed home; likes M. R writes in TAP. M&R ice skate; dance at cafe. M sees mother & child. Alice is a Instagram mom, sad about having kid, husband isn’t helpful. A found TAP. J&Mrs.W are getting along. Christmas dinner at cafe. A’s hub might be cheating.

J declutters his house. M,R,&Baz go visit J. J wants help getting a cellphone. J notices that R likes M. Seems like J is turning into a father figure for M. Cafe is booming w/ business! R&M are hitting it off, but he doesn’t live in London, will he leave? Baz’s grandma visits J for workout hang out. R helps sell J’s old stuff. R can’t decide if he wants to stay casual w/M. H is doing better; feels FOMO.

J is happy to teach, gives him purpose. J goes to buy things for class. M has to beg people to come; J doesn’t know that. They draw a lobster, goes good! Dinner party after. H still no luck w/ match making for M. J’s classes are getting popular. M hitting it off w/ Riley. R&M go on shopping date: they kiss! R got TAP from H. H accepts he’s an addict. R actually likes M; doesn’t know how to say he got TAP.

M used to be a lawyer; she’s broke now she owns a cafe. H ran into M that night. M writes her life story in TAP book. H is an addict. H finds TAP. M wants a family. J’s house is gonna get torn down, owner wants to build on it. M makes ad for J to share his art. M&J talk; he accepts job offer. H was gonna give book back to M; realize he ran into her. H wants to find someone for M; no luck. H begins to write.

Monica finds journal about Julian; widowed man. The book is for learning about the people around you, write about yourself & pass it on. J was an artist. M goes to grave J talked about: sees him & waits for him to leave to look at the friends tombstone. J’s POV: he felt nostalgic & wanted to leave the book there. Hazard’s POV: at bar goes home w/ Blanche. Calls girl a b. H is a man whore & rude.
