I am loving this

This is precious and feels like a warm blanket just wrapped around you while reading it. I’m having a great time. A book about loving books and it is done so well. Feeling like a 5 star rating could be in this book’s future👀

I also want to read the books from the list and also read a bit more in the future.

I enjoyed it and it realy hit the right spot.

Truth be told the characters could have had more depth and it felt a bit like the author only reimplemented the themes from the books mentioned in the list. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful story about friendship, books and life.

تمنى في تلك اللحظات لو أنه بدأ يفقد سمعه أكثر من أي شيء آخر، بدلا من المعاناة من داء المفاصل وضعف البصر، فمن الممكن أن يكون ذلك مفيدا بشكل خاص مع أفراد عائلته الذين كانوا يتداولون الأحاديث بصوت أعلى من الصوت العادي، فكانت كل واحدة من بناته تصرخ بصوت أعلى من الأخرى، وهي تتحدث إليه!

وبغض النظر عن عدد المرات التي نجا فيها منها، لم يكن متأكدا من أنه مستعد لمواجهتها، بعد قضاء هذا اليوم الذي شعر فيه بالوحدة وبأن لا هدف له في الحياة. كانت أيام الجمعة في السابق مخصصة لقضاء وقته برفقة نينا، وهي الأيام التي اعتادا تخصيصها لنفسيهما فقط، ولكن في هذه الأيام لم تعد أيام الجمعة كما في السابق.

على الرغم من كل ذلك، لم تحاول أبدا التحدث إليه حول ما يجب أن يشعر به عندما ترحل، وما يجب أن يفعله لإعادتها إلى حياته، وكان ذلك كل ما أراد أن يعرفه .

My commute requires an audiobook so I’m always reading a paper book and audio at the same time. Also this is adorable so far

لم يحصل إيدان إلا على بضع دقائق وحده، ولكنها كانت كفيلة

So many characters yet still kind of boring... yikes...

I so wanted to get into this book because the reviews were good but I just coooooulddddn’ttttt!! It frustrated me how much I couldn’t 🥲

This book is part of two Goodreads challenges and sounds interesting so yeah.

This book is a real slog. I have to keep pushing myself to read it. If it wasn't part of the fall challenge, I would have quit reading it.

I am reading it because of the challenge and for me it is more cozy then the cozy challenge book i read .

Also a bit amazed i can identify with Mukesh an indian old guy :)

even in the midst of the unexpected, there was still beauty to be found through books and bonding. i love it here.

The friendships kept me engaged! Occasional funny parts. Upset by one of the main events but to each their own

Might have to start writing cute book recommendation lists everywhere

only a book about books can get me teary-eyed as i read about people discussing them with passion and other emotions.
