Allie Brosh is one of the few writers that can make me laugh and then want to cry within a few pages. (Others include David Sedaris and Jenny Lawson) 😭

I started reading 25 minutes ago. It is now 1am, I am on page 127 and I have laughed out loud 62 times. My neighbours hate me, as they should for the poor life choices I made that lead to me deciding to read this delicious book at quarter to 1 in the morning.

*all of the extreme excitement noises*

Because apparently I have to have five books going. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Perfect ending to a wonderfully entertaining and at times achingly honest book. I just wish there was more, because I enjoyed escaping for a while into my own, little world while reading this.

"A NONSPECIFIC STORY ABOUT AN ANIMAL" is basically the story of my life.

Not laughing at this as much as I used to laugh at the blog. Not sure if this is me or her or some combination thereof. The piece about her health problems and her sister's suicide was poignant and heart-wrenching and excellent, though.

Just reread the first one in preparation.
