I restarted this because it bothers me to have a DNF but dear God this is painful 😖

A quarter of the way through and I’m not sure I’m going to continue. This book is boring me to tears.

12 chapters in 12 days, and i’m not even halfway finished. Title and premise seemed very interesting, but i’m finding myself bored. Lydia, the main female lead felt ordinary, not even a trace of quirkiness or humor in her. And there doesn’t seem to be anything swoon-worthy about Danny, her leading man. I don’t have a DNF shelf, and i don’t wanna start one, but this book just might make me go back to my reading slump.

Enjoying this although I am reading it slowly

I’m giving it up. I liked the characters, but nothing was happening. It seemed like the longest book ever and I’m not even halfway done. I have to move on.

Really enjoying this book so far, i fancied something a bit lighter than my usual psychological thrillers as I'm grieving and found my normal books too much, this is making me laugh and I look forward to reading it 😊

Dnf this is just facile and mind-numbingly dull. There needs to be a reason, a point, a purpose to each scene. Most of what I have read so far is simply padding. It doesn’t move the story on, so I’m giving up
