Finished listening to the book. Need next to look at Kindle Version and write my review. I think that this covers the breadth of the topic. Very much from the Justice Department/FBI view and a very U.S. centric view. Covers the breadth of the adversaries, and pulls together the different hacks that have entered pop culture. Think that the Fake News chapter is probably the one that needs the most augmentation.

The first chapter provides an overview of the hacking culture, familiar landscape to anyone who has been reading any of the books within this genre. References to Cukoos Egg, Morris Worm, the Lopht, etc. I think that the Cult of the Dead Cow is a necessary next read for those that want to better understand the hacker culture introduced by Carlin in chapter 1.

The preface and introduction provide an overview of the issues of cybersecurity. The author speaks from the perspective of one who worked within law enforcement. Covers quite a bit of material in preface. Not sure if everyone reads the preface, but in this case I think it is essential.
