Good refresher. Some of the graphics are more accessible than the graphics in the original book. Most teens who need this book would definitely also need an adult to coach them through it, introduce/model a few concepts at a time, and assist in LOTS of repetition to help the teens master it.

I'm reading this ostensibly for the kids, but since I'm currently feeling incredibly overwhelmed myself, I am, of course, hoping it will help me as well. I've already read GTD, and it was good, but when I'm overwhelmed it's hard to be sure it'll work. So here's hoping.
