A typical Harlan Coben book. I'm hooked and don't want to put it down.

I might have squealed at Myron's cameo appearance on pg 88. The only thing that would top that? An appearance by Win 😍

I had other things to do this afternoon but I starting reading this book and I can't put it down! On page 206...….

And enjoying the read. Hard to click off on this!

There is a lot going on in the story, but it's not too difficult to follow. I'm definitely excited by the narrative and invested in the outcome. I wanted to keep pushing on tonight, but it's "even my eyes are tired" o'clock and I'll keep reading tomorrow.

Awesome so far. I always get sucked in by Coben, and this one has a fantastic little twist right in the first chapter. If I had the time, I could probably read each one of his books, from start to finish, in one session. I have trouble putting them down. I'm always thinking, "ok, just one more chapter".

One can never be disappointed by a book from Harlan Coben. You know you hold something special in your hand whenby the time you come up for air, your halfway through the book. Suspenceful, with a dry, wicked sense of humour, utterly interesting with a warm and fuzzy feel to it too - even though it's a thriller, and there are murders. Just brilliant

WOW! Loved this. I am a fan of Harlan Coben and this is one of his works that I read in just two sittings. Great story, and it keeps you guessing. I thought I had it figured out, but on the final pages I found out I was close, but not correct! Well done!

So in The Outsider Stephen King gives Coben props which rose my curiosity. My wife reads mystery and so at the bookstore I came across this one. When I checked to see what the font was like Stephen King's name caught my eye and it appeared Coben gave King a plug. Tit for tat I guess. This book is great and I have discovered a new great author. Love the cop hero - don't see many cops being a pain to other cops.

I needed a break from the series reading, and Harlan Coben never disappoints. This book is no exception.
A death years ago haunts the protagonist, and plays into the main storyline. The mystery deepens with each chapter and I read over 100 pages before putting it down for the night. I fully expect to finish this in the next day or so. It is that good.

Bit of a let down by the end.

So far, so good. Characters are intriguing. I want to see what the questions lead to. Coben is really good at fleshing out a community of characters in this town they inhabit.
