Johnny Cash's to do list: Kiss June. Don't kiss anyone else. Worry. I just added "Worry about work" to my to do list for next week. And I feel better already.

Can't tell if I'm an Upholder or a Questioner. An Upholder who questions but had learned to go with the program?

I'm an Obliger. I need accountability. So, I'm counting on someone to ping me if I don't finish this book by Aug 1 :)

This is going to be a great help for me in many ways, this book will be passed on to others. Thank you, Gretchen!

A lot of this book is repetitive, and the way she gives people recommendations unsolicited is kind of annoying (maybe I'm a bit rebel, who knows?). But I am enjoying the motivating aspects of this books, and am learning ways that might work for me to make new habits. The consideration of different personalities is great. Also, I apparently have most of the same tendencies as the author.

Great practical advice for habit formation. I love the categories of personality types...I was able to identify my type immediately and so am able to develop specific strategies for developing desirable habits.

I would not want to be friends with this author. She seems to use everybody in her life as a guinea pig.

Lots of good ideas and she lets you self-diagonose your own type of habit forming and habit keeping person.

Snore Going over all the different characteristics of decision-making/habits and I feel like in all of the cases I fall into the less desirable of the choices. So, I'm hoping there is some redeeming insight later on.
