Love Gretchen Rubin. She has a straightforward voice that just tells it like it is. Great book to help embrace or change habits. A lot of good insight into yourself.

The first chapters of this book were interesting. After that, it became a creed all about how great Rubin thinks she is. I wanted help on changing my own habits not a memoir on how easy it is for Gretchen Rubin to implement hers. The Power of Habit is a much better book.

There really is a lot of useful material here. Hope to implement some of these strategies as soon as I get organized. Oh, wait . . . that's a whole different self-help book.

Picked this one back up after a few months off, now that I don't feel overwhelmed with "advice" books.

I can finally say that I'm enjoying the book now! Applied some strategies and they worked wonderfully for me.
