It’s been interesting reading how they came to a political awakening within their music as I’ve only ever known them as a political band.

Other than being told in chronologically, there is nothing cohesive about this book. It is a lot of information with not a lot of substance. Seems like Carlin dialed it in. Very disappointing.

I think i would enjoy this audiobook way more if Michael Shannon narrated it

I couldn’t wait to read this book. I was a huge fan, particularly in the early 90s. I was hoping for juicy gossip and tales of debauchery but this really read like a timeline of their career. Just… facts. Even the pics were blah.

Need to start chapter one. The forward was read.
