Why couldn't George stay back with his friends for a while, and have his family go and get him when they were done the orders? Why does Shoe (the main characters nickname (I don't remember the name) call "Good Intentions" "The Road to Hell"? Why did they leave it off like that when they didn't make another book?

Why didn't George's dad just give Evan's dad a swirly, not a full treatment (beet up)? Why did Evan and Preston go and attack Lewis and George?

Evan attacks Shoe when he calls his relative's name (Innis). Lewis (Shoe's real name(I think), crotch shotted Evan and they ran. How didn't Evan see the move before it happened?
