Thinking about giving up on this. The story isn't compelling so far. I'm listening to the audio version and I really dislike the narrator's voice. Meh.

A well-written and depressing examination of the often unjust nature of the justice system, unreliable narrator and 'start at the end, work to the beginning' storytelling and all. I just don't know what the point of it all is yet?

I can't believe this! This book is making me so angry!

She lost her child. Why can't I feel sorry for her though? I think she's such a bitch! Her daughter's killed and all she cares about is her public image and not what actually happened until ten years later? Really?

Thank goodness that this book is almost over. I still cannot believe how awful it is.
