Status Updates From Escape from Mr. Lemoncello'...

The library in this story is one that I want to have. But with windows. Also, the story is making me learn more about DDC haha. Who would've thought? :P

I liked the book because it had a story of a boy that won a essay about a new library.

Such a fun read so far!

A few problems already: if Haley was really the most popular girl in school, I'd doubt she'd come over to Kyle's table just to call them nerds. Seems like she WANTED their attention. And I would not want a bunch of board games for a prize. Boring!

Sigh, yet another book added to my "currently-reading" shelf. This is the most books I've ever read at one time.

"Haven't you read The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan?" I love all the references. I love the game and all the puzzles. It's like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory meets a less explicit version of The Hunger Games! :))

A library doesn't need windows...we have books, which are windows into worlds we never even dreamed possible. :-)

This book is so cute. I keep clapping and giggling because I'm having so much fun reading it.

Mr. Lemoncello is a kindred spirit. "You are correct!" shouted Mr. Lemoncello. "There's no dead end in Norvelt, not today!" The book is filled with these clever little phrases. We keep stopping to laugh about them.

Oh my. Reading this one aloud and there are whole chapters I wish my colleagues would have a chance to read. It's about a library, of course, but a pretty amazing specimen. It'll keep us up late tonight.

Really enjoying this book so far. I have a feeling it's going to be Willy Wonka for library nerds = AWESOME!

I am loving this book! All the references to library organization, the Dewey Decimal
System, and literature (modern and classic) is just awesome! And, kids will definitely enjoy the game!
