Finished. Last play-Prometheus Bound-was the best of these four. Sad that the translation is published posthumously. Review coming eventually.

The Suppliants is odd in several ways. It's a story of runaway brides - 50 sisters. It's uneventful and a kind of boring and yet also curious and interesting as they plead for protection by reasoning they are in the right - and threatening mass suicide on sacred ground.

Finished Seven Against Thebes, the 3rd and only existing play of a trilogy. Was that humor - the women mourning how the fate of the seige is left up to the Gods while Eteocles pleads for action?

Finishes Persians. Next is Seven Against Thebes. These are "original literary translations" - which means they aren't translations at all, but freeform rewrites, which is interesting but also a bit odd.
