This is a surprisingly good book. It's a great companion to the Gravity Falls show, and I think any fan of the show would enjoy this book. It's going over the same ground as the show, but fills in some background and adds a little more detail. It's been a while since I last watched Gravity Falls, so reading this reminded me of good that show was!

These last issues of the Terrifics were great fun. Yang seems to have really grabbed on to the potential of these characters as a way to tell just crazy, over-the-top, stories. It's sad that the title was canceled, but it goes out with a bang.
