I thought his sequel was better than the first. Perhaps because my expectations for this series are now tempered and I could enjoy the romp. In this novel there is a bit more nuance, and more exploration of what it means to be locked in. I think the story and mystery works better as well. There are a few too many total bot destructions scenes for my taste but the works as a whole is better fleshed out. I also like the additional of that robot ...more
