it was ok
This book had a lot of publicity and even the interviews & book reviews were useless. The topics are mundane & the book lacks originality.
It's a very good book if you have never ever read a book on time management, productivity, focus, self-help & etc. in that case it's a well written book that can help you.

liked it
I had a lot of hopes picking up this book.
So, I listened to the audio version of the book. It talked about everything for 14 hours.
At the end taught me nothing.
It touches very interesting domains but fails to deliver any value on them.
It just explains them and then talks about how his friend used it to elicit info!

I guess that is the point of the book, but they should have been more straight about it.
