The highs are very high. The lows are very low. I've learned a lot from Google's SRE book. Words like "hope is not a strategy" will stick with me for a long while.
But the book suffers from having too many authors. Each chapter is written by different people. A lot of information is repeated. The chapters do not connect when they could. They do not build upon each other.
