As a kid in the 90s and early 00s, I was part of this book's narrative. Mp3s, Winamp, Kazaa are all familiar to me. But I was not aware of how mp3 standard was created and became popular. I was not aware of how piracy were actually done behind the scenes. I was not aware of how the execs of the biggest music companies were trying to figure this out.
