really liked it
I've put this one my Christmas wishlist for the last two Christmases, ever since I saw and fell in-love with the Rise of the Guardians movie, and finally someone got it for me! I think or thought these books were targeted towards younger readers (MG maybe?), but the writing is uniquely imaginative and challenging for readers of any age. I really enjoyed this series and wish it wasn't technically over. And while I've yet to see Mattel's latest movie in the franchise, "Welcome to Monster High," I really hope/wish some of the books storyline on this matter is part of the movie's storyline as well.
