A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki
Jennifer’s first review of the year
it was amazing
I read this book as slowly as possible - I did not want it to end. I laughed out loud. Then cried. It was a beautifully constructed book with lots of nooks and crannies in which one could get delightfully lost. I am tempted to read it again...right now.

What a treat! REGARDING ROCK is a wonderful presentation of Evelyn Atreya's poems! I loved reading about her travels, her garden, and her impressions of relationships. She has a strong voice and a sense of humor that sneaks up and makes you laugh out loud. Just lovely!
