it was ok
I'm enjoying Seth's books less and less. He seems to go on about a particular subject in his books for chapters, rehashing different examples to illistrate the same point and this book is no different. This book could probably be summed up in a blog post.

If you have any interest in cycling, the Tour de France, or sport in general, you'll enjoy this book. Tyler takes you through all the emotions and the behind the scenes stuff we aren't privy too.

Tyler was a top cyclist and probably would of won a TdF title if Lance wasn't on the scene so you are getting the perspective from the top, not some middle class rider that was sort of involved in the world of doping. Tyler was a full on doper, mixing it
