Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Parts One and Two by John Tiffany
"
3 1/2 stars. I completely get why many HP fans will be disappointed with this, but I have to admit: I really enjoyed it. I'd love to see this story play out on stage.

So yeah, I understand the sad feelings. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has a c..." Read more of this review »

"I devour books. That is my euphemism for being so OCD that I can't put it down and live my life until I finish it. For shorter books, that's generally not a problem, but for the 974 page Pillars of the Earth...well, let's just say we ran out of fo..." Read more of this review »

A nice thriller for a summer/vacation read. Not overly complicated and I don't think it was intended to be so. Just Ok.
Ranya is on page 447 of 825 of Written in My Own Heart's Blood: The story continues as events of the American Revolution unfolds in the 18th century and more mystery is being developed surrounding Brianna's heritage in the 20th century. The 8 major characters (Jamie, Claire, Jenny, Lord John, William, Ian, Roger & Brianna) are living through their timeline and location and it makes it fun and exciting to follow them all at their pace.

"I've finished the book. I must say, after almost 15 years of reading this books, Diana was just about to lose me. I don't know exactly what it was that I started finding so annoying in book 4 to 7. Probably the amount of characters and their incre..." Read more of this review »

Pace of events is faster than previous book but still very descriptive and tediously detailed at times.
However the characters hold their own and the conversations are enjoyable.
