“I'm scared." It was something I'd never said out loud. "I'm scared he'll let me down... or that he won't want me. And I figure maybe it's easier if I just don't give him the chance.”
Kody Keplinger, Lying Out Loud

Andy Weir
“Maybe I’ll post a consumer review. “Brought product to surface of Mars. It stopped working. 0/10.”
Andy Weir, The Martian

Garry Kasparov
“The Berlin Wall was a literal and figurative division of the world into good and evil, light and darkness.”
Garry Kasparov

Kurt Koontz
“People will always walk into our lives to show us something or say something, to love us or take care of us, to put us on our path, and then when it’s complete, they leave. We are left behind with more than we can imagine, which we then share with others…on their paths.”
Kurt Koontz, A Million Steps

Andy Weir
“I started the day with some nothin’ tea. Nothin’ tea is easy to make. First, get some hot water, then add nothin’.”
Andy Weir, The Martian
