I love Tom Hanks and love short stories so this one was a no brainer, albeit not one I had super high expectations for. I thought it was charming, the stories easy to read, and fact that I heard Hanks’ voice reading them to me didn’t hurt.

Absolutely brilliant - strong characters, beautiful descriptions. This was recommended to me by a colleague, and I am now going to be indebted to him, as this book has quickly become a favorite.
