Andrew Blackman is a former Wall Street Journal staff writer, now living in London and concentrating on fiction. His latest novel, A Virtual Love, deals with identity in the age of social media. His debut novel On the Holloway Road (Legend Press, 2009) won the Luke Bitmead Writer’s Bursary and was shortlisted for the Dundee International Book Prize.

His articles, essays and stories have also been published in Monthly Review, Post Road, Carillon and Smoke, and in books by Twenty Stories Publishing, Negative Press and Arachne Press, among others. He has a Bachelor’s degree in modern history from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.

Richard Thanks for adding me, Andrew. I look forward to reading your updates and more of your reviews. I like making recommendations too, but you're so well read I hesitate to do it. However, if there is any author or topic you see among my shelves that you are curious about, I'd be more than happy to advise if I can.
