The best thing about this book is the brotherly love that bonds them as they get used to living in Australia and learning English. Remi's illustrations are delightful in this touching migration story.

A solid read, I really liked the first half where you find Drake working out how to escape his new prison. I need to read the second book to see where it's going.

This is a wonderful tale of friendship and self-discovery for both kids and adults. Burne makes some nice remarks about our attachment to technology, and also allows the main characters to grow over the course of the hike. A great read!
