This book is another one of my favorites by Mo Willems. Children love this as a read aloud. They love telling the pigeon "NO!" Can also be used for story baskets.

I used this story in my Kindergarten placement to teach prediction and sequencing. The children loved it. I made a life size mouse and had magnetic pieces of everything the mouse asked for and the students had to work together to put it in order.
