Sort of a re-telling of The Count of Monte Cristo, except I didn't like the Count. He was a bad guy and I didn't care about his revenge.

The content itself is good but the content could fit in a book half this size. I wish they didn't have to use the "dummies" metaphor. All the corny little jokes and simplistic hand-holding gets a little old.

Boring. Very little analysis of the data. Stuff we already know.

The story of the development of computers, personal computers, the internet, and the WWW, starting with Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace in 1840. Fascinating all the way through.

Mostly fluff. It took me a long time to read it because I just couldn't bring myself to pick it up. This would be a great place for a joke about the name of the book.

Makes the battle come alive. Almost like you are there: the sights, sounds, smells, and death all around. I just sat and thought for a while after finishing the book. Almost the way Chamberlain sat and thought after the battle.
