I enjoyed my 64th birthday in April 2021. I've lived in multiple states, from my native Mississippi to Florida to Colorado and New Mexico.

My first job post-high school was cleaning poop from kennels in a veterinarian's office. I then did the college thing for a while, leaving for a secretarial position in a local mental health facility. After several years there, I returned to college. I graduated with a nursing degree and began a career that spanned about 20 years. When it got to the point that I was sick of sick people, I moved on.
