Lori | 3 comments I am writing Tales of the Tree People to increase awareness about the rapid decline of our environment... while educating precious children about trees and plants! I wanted to leave something behind to make a difference in the lives of children and adults alike! It turns out that a fictional adventure with facts about trees and plants written in poetic form would be my masterpiece! I am so thankful that I was blessed with the idea!

Minnie (minnieestelle) Lori, I love it that you're sharing the story about our trees with children. I wish adults would open up their minds and receive this very important message. I have a love affair with trees, no I'm not a tree hugger. It might sound silly but looking out my window from the 21st floor, I talk to them mornings, especially in the spring when the buds start to appear and branches reach to heaven for sunshine and nutriment. It so life affirming when you see individual branches spring from one trunk and wave in complete freedom.

Isn't that life?

Minnie from Chicago.
