I understand Flynn's genre must be mystery, but is it legal based like John Grisham? Or cops and killer books,...?? Please advise. I've run out of John Grisham's I think.
I've increased the number of chapters to read in THE BROKER discussion group. Please check it out, and join in. Please invite friends/fans to join in-the more the merrier!

Hi, Annette, My new novel, Savannah Law, is about lawyers, trials, law professors and law students—the subject matter of most of Grisham’s novels. A young law professor’s obsession with a female student and a politically-charged, media-frenzy criminal trial that pits the nation’s most successful criminal trial lawyer against Savannah prosecutors, provide the backdrop for Savannah Law. It’s filled with colorful but believable characters, including a few cantankerous law professors, who demonstrate their vanity and eccentricities at the weekly faculty meetings. There is only one John Grisham, but this novel will appeal to anyone who enjoys a legal thriller or Southern novel. The book’s website is www.savannahcollegeoflaw.com.
Is there another J.G. book with Michael Brock in it other than "The Street Lawyer?" I recall Drake and Sweeney, but not the homeless man dying...I probably read it long ago.

“The Trust”
by Ben Steelman
Charleston, S.C., lawyer Sean Keefer is trying to go the John Grisham route. He’s just published his first novel, “The Trust,” through Old Line Publishing at Hampstead, Md.
Set in Charleston, “The Trust” follows Noah Parks — a young lawyer with a one-horse practice — who’s assigned to probate the estate of Leonard Xavier Cross, an old man he’d never met. Cross, nevertheless, specified Parks in his will — and Parks’ payment for his services is supposed to be the contents of a safe deposit box Parks has no idea what’s in there. Neither do Cross’s surviving relatives.
It turns out that those relatives are a deceptive lot, and the Cross family history turns out to have more than its fair share of skeletons. Before he can collect his fee, Noah Parks might just end up dead.
You can read an excerpt from “The Trust” at the author’s website — www.seankeefer.com – along with his current blog and bio. (He was born in North Carolina.) The trust may be ordered through Amazon.com or www.oldlinepublishingllc.com/.
