She probably means Annabelle (the prequel to the conjuring) honestly i'm not that excited to see it. People say it was boring and not scary at all. Plus i find horror movies a bit cliche.
Umm I like small cosy rooms but big rooms are fun too. Plus i'd fill it up with books. However, I think the fancy one would be a little less easier to feel comfortable in so I prefer the small cosy one.
