Kimberly Chapman | 146 comments My latest release isn't specifically about witchcraft, but the immortal female lead was tortured and burned as a witch in her youth (1603) and it's something that still affects her to the point of the story set in 2017. In particular, she comes back to using nightshade as a weapon against those modern folks who seek to abduct her and make nefarious use of her ability to grow any plant by will alone.

There's a running theme of the blurred line between god and mortal, plus a strong ecological subtheme.

It is indie but I am previously small-press published, and it was edited by the same professional editor I had at one of those publishers.

I'd be happy to send you a review copy for this event or for your magic-power appreciation in general.
