Kerry, your number #45 (The Cat Who Could Read Backwards, #1 of the series) is one I've just finishedd re-reading. I have all the rest of the series...except #2 (...Ate Danish Modern), which I guess I will have to try to find at the other library tonight, so I skipped and read #3 (...Who Turned On And Off) last night (after going to one library and discovering they DIDN'T HAVE IT!) I felt like a junkie, "But you don't understand, I gotta have it, gotta have it...so I can follow the story..." LOL

In the 2nd book, Koko gets a friend. That's all I'll say, I don't want to spoil the story. And I have to say, the stories get better and better...there are over 25 books now in that series. I guess you can tell that I'm a big fan of the newspaperman and his out-of-the-ordinary cat...

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I haven't checked this in a while. The Cat Who could read Backwards is the first and only book in the series that I've read. I liked it enough that I'll read more of them eventually. I think my mother has some I can borrow. I hope you found #2. If not then good luck. Merry Christmas.
