I'd choose the Trojans. did you know that the Iliad or the story of the trojan war, was the very first piece of literature ever written? an if i were Paris, HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it does. the entire thing is based off of the book, The Iliad.
I read both the Iliad and the Odyssey. "The sun was rising from the fair sea into the firmament of heaven, shining on mortals and immortals alike," Oddyssey, book 4, I think. The Iliad is annyoing in that you need to learn all the characters, and their fathers.

wow. this is ironic. I was just about to read the book the trojan war today.
But the movie is really incorrect. For 1 thing, Helen didn't like Paris at all, never the less love. 2nd, Achilles let his cousin go battle in his armor.
Helen ran off with Paris. She did too like him... Aphrodite made her fall in love with him, because Paris decided Aphrodite was the prettiest goddess.
no no. I have this book actually titled the Trojan War.
And Aphrodite let him have the most beautiful woman other than herself (gag) becuase he gave the golden apple to her.
that's what I said. So she (Helen) was in love with Paris.
She didn't care when he went and faught, she just let him go. Plus he's a coward!
SHe let him fight because the CITY was under attack, and Paris was the big cheese.

Yes, but in the myth, they all offered him gifts. He judged based on the gifts they brought, not how beautiful they were.
