There's a bit of a story there Brenda:) I tried to read #1 in the series a long time ago but really disliked it and stopped. So this is my second attempt at this author. Hubby,of course has heaps of her books and thinks she is wonderful.

I finished The Skeleton Road. A little disappointing - always liked her Wire in the Blood tv series so I was expecting something else.

when we were at the Karin Slaughter lunch last year, sitting at her table, we made mention of the fact that (and you shouldn't read this, Phrynne, if you ever plan to try to reread Blindsighted, or anyone else who hasn't read it) (view spoiler)[ the murderer in her first book was the pharmacist, while three of us at the table were pharmacists. Read a few on and off before but I think I like them better read in order and not that far apart. Each book seems to carry on in some parts from the previous. Waiting too long for the next book seems to break that flow. Looking forward to the TV series too.
